How to Clear Your Browser's Cache

  1. On your computer, open Chrome. Click the 3 dot menu on the top right of your browser.

  1. Click "Clear Browsing Data"

3. Click on the Advanced Tab. At the top, choose a time range.  Select All time.

  1. Only check boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," Uncheck everything else.

  1. Click the Clear data button.

  2. Reload the page you were having problems with.
