We are excited to announce the opening of the Hocking Valley Community Hospital Chieftain Health Clinic. The clinic is located on the Logan High School campus and is available for all students and staff to use for well checks, sick visits, and physicals. Appointments can be made by calling the Chieftain Health Clinic at 740-380-8240. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:00. Thank you.
