Logan High School is rewarding positive behavior this school year through our Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports(PBIS) system. Students and parents receive notification via email if a student earns a merit. Merits are given at teacher discretion and are given for students that are following our building goals of Being Here, Being Responsible, and Being Respectful. Weekly drawings are conducted of those students that have earned a merit for the week and students can choose from, an item from the school store, a homework pass, or a reserved parking spot, and coming soon will be permission for doordash. Students are also rewarded for positive behavior through our Quarterly PBIS rewards events. This Thursday, November 7th, students that have met the PBIS criteria, get to enjoy a High School recess at the Chieftain Center in the morning where they can participate in games, free time, or just relaxation. Pictured is Evelyn Krantz, who chose a reserve parking spot in the front of the school. Evelyn gets to keep the spot until another student gets drawn and takes the spot. The Logan High School students are working hard to make positive choices here at school.
