The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is a voluntary program that supports students experiencing barriers to success.

LHS SAP is supported by a Student Assistance Team (SAT), which consists of specially trained teachers, school counselors, administrators, and other school personnel. The SAT has scheduled review meetings on the 1st/3rd Friday of the month.

The SAP goal is to work with students and caregivers to offer recommendations, interventions, and supports to the student. Some of these services are school-based, while other services recommended by the team are out-of-school community-based resources. After reviewing a referral, the team will partner with student/caregiver on planning supports.

The team gathers information concerning the student in order to make the most appropriate referral for services. All information gathered/related to the student's involvement is confidential to the SAT unless there are concerns about the child’s or other’s safety. Data collected may include classroom performance, attendance data, grades, disciplinary data, staff/student rating forms, and caregiver feedback.

Sem 1: 9/6/24, 9/20/24, 10/4/24, 10/18/24, 11/1/24, 11/15/24, 12/6/24.

Sem 2: 1/3/25, 1/17/25, 2/7/25, 2/21/25, 3/7/25, 4/4/25, 5/2/25
