The Logan-Hocking Air Force JROTC attended the Air Force National Drill Competition on Saturday, March 19th. The competed with over 20 schools from 13 different states in inspection, unarmed regulation drill, and color guard events. Additionally, cadets competed against all of the cadets in a knockout round of drill maneuvers, being judged by over 30 drill instructors from across the globe. The experience was worth its weight in gold, with a special mention from the guest speaker about how a very brand new unit in Logan, Ohio had the courage to step up and compete, so that we can learn from the experience.
