This past weekend eight middle school wrestlers chose to compete in the OAC district qualifier at New Lexington. Brayden Markin, Fisher Bentley, Aiden Tucker, Orion Ogg, Jackson Ballenger, Blade Russell, Adyn Lambert, and Eli Showalter all chose to extend their season by participating in the optional district tournament. Both Adyn Lambert (5th 176) and Eli Showalter (2nd 209) were able to punch their ticket to the OAC Jr. High State Tournament which will be held at the Covelli Center in Youngstown the weekend of March 15th-17th.
