HELMET FITTING IS THURSDAY, MAY 16th, in the MS Gym @ 4:30.
1.The First Day of Conditioning is June 4th. Before that, the students need to have;
● Final Forms Account, ( https://loganhocking-oh.finalforms.com/)
● Final Forms opens up for registration on may 6th.
● All forms done on final forms ( everything green)
● A current Physical that has been turned into Mrs. Wendy Cook
at the MS. Take a physical form with you. They can be picked
up in the main office.
● Conditioning is not mandatory, it's highly encouraged.
**IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THE STUDENTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE OR CONDITIONING
2. In the packet you will find a calendar, and a profile form.
Please turn in the profile form to Coach Sturgell in the gym.
