Submitted by: Coach Straus', "Middle School Wrestling Open Mats / Conditioning will begin on Monday 10/24 in the Middle School upper gym. Open mats and conditioning will be held Mon - Thurs from 2:30 - 4:00 the weeks of 10/24 and 10/31. The week of 11/7 we will hold open mat Mon-Weds. The first official practice is scheduled for Monday 11/14. Students will be given a season calendar and coach's contact info when they attend open mat.
